In times like these, the world needs intentional encouragers—leaders who not only speak life but walk with young people until they rise into their God-given purpose.
This is my life mission, widely recognized as The Intentional Encourager. My calling is clear: to Encourage, Motivate, Inspire, Lead, Guide, Coach, Mentor, Advise, Help, and Stir up the young generation to arise and pursue their dreams in a Godly way.
This mission is not theory—it is a lived reality, carried out with passion, consistency, and measurable impact.
Through the Africa Youth Rescue Initiative (AYRI), where I serve as Founder and President, through more than 100 learning institutions visited, through 14 best-selling motivational books, and through countless mentorship programs across Kenya and beyond, I am helping shape futures and transforming lives one young person at a time.
