There are different bodies managing Safety at different levels in our country. Some of them are NCA, NTSA, KENHA, ERC, County governments etc but the major government safety manager is the Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services(DOSHS) under the ministry of labour. This body ensures the compliance of the OSHA 2007 law at all workplaces in Kenya.
