Leadership must produce visible change in people’s lives. My commitment to the people of Bahati is practical, measurable, and people-centered development that creates opportunity, restores dignity, and builds long-term prosperity across every ward.
1. Agriculture Profitability & Market Access
Establish farmer aggregation centers, cold storage facilities, and cooperative strengthening programs to connect farmers directly to national and international markets while reducing post-harvest losses. Our area is very fertile and with my experience of growing short term produce for international markets I will engage farmers to focus on very productive export based agriculture and value addition.
2. Irrigation & Water Security
Develop boreholes, water pans, small dams, and irrigation schemes to support year-round farming and ensure reliable household water access across rural and peri-urban areas. All the dams will be expanded, well managed and water well harnessed. I will also drill boreholes in every center and have them solar powered. I will also support households to conserve rainwater effectively.
3. Youth Employment & Skills Development
Launch constituency skills academies offering technical training, digital skills, construction trades, and entrepreneurship mentorship linked to real job opportunities and financing.
4. Women Economic Empowerment
Expand women enterprise funds, financial literacy programs, and market access initiatives to increase household incomes and economic independence.
5. Education Infrastructure & Scholarships
Construct and upgrade classrooms, laboratories, and ICT centers while providing bursaries and scholarships for needy students to ensure no child drops out due to poverty. I schooled at Kamoronyo nursery, Kamoronyo primary, Bavuni secondary, Anestar Boys Bahati, Nakuru Counselling and Training college and Moi University and I understand the Education infrastructure needs of our region. Every one must have access to good and affordable education with all the necessary infrastructure.
6. Healthcare Improvement
Upgrade local health centers with equipment, medicines, maternity services, and staffing support while promoting preventive health outreach programs. As a Health and Safety specialist I understand this sector very well and I must ensure the residents of the constituency get the best medical assistance at all levels within the constituency.
7. Roads & Transport Connectivity
Improve rural access roads and drainage systems to help farmers reach markets faster and enable business growth across the constituency.
8. Youth Innovation & Digital Economy Hubs
Create ICT hubs with internet access, training programs, and startup incubation support so young people participate in the digital economy.
9. Sports Development & Talent Promotion
Construct and renovate sports grounds, establish talent academies, and support youth participation in regional and national competitions.
10. Security & Community Safety
Strengthen collaboration between citizens and security agencies, install solar street lighting, and support community policing initiatives to improve safety. I am a security expert and knows well how this will happen. I have applied community policing measures in other areas and it worked effectively.
11. SME & Entrepreneurship Growth
Provide business incubation, access to affordable credit, mentorship, and market linkage programs to help small enterprises scale sustainably. This will happen at all technical institutions in the constituency and will be accessible to all regardless of the age.
12. Sherehe
Lazima watu wakue wanapiga sherehe ya come together twice per year. Tujipe raha, maisha no maya. Not take life so serious. After serious work and results, every member of the constituency will be attending a feast of love and social cohesion.
13. Environmental Conservation & Climate Action
Promote tree planting, sustainable farming practices, waste management programs, and climate resilience education across communities. The Dundori forest must reclaim it’s original status under my leadership. Every land owner must be supported to employ environmental conservation measures.
14. Industrial & Value Addition Development
Attract investment in agro-processing and small manufacturing industries to create local jobs and increase value from agricultural products. As a farmer I will introduce workable formular of farming different short period products, do value addition and connect the locals to international markets. Together we shall achieve much.
15. Clean Energy Access
Expand rural electrification partnerships, promote solar energy adoption, and support clean cooking solutions for households. Bahati Constituency will be a model of clean energy under my leadership. My access to international markets and investors will connect residents to cheap and affordable solar equipment.
16. Social Protection & Vulnerable Groups Support
Strengthen programs supporting elderly citizens, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable families through coordinated government services access.
17. Tourism & Cultural Promotion
Develop local cultural festivals like bomas of Nakuru and Menengai crater, heritage promotion initiatives, and eco-tourism opportunities to generate income and community pride.
18. Governance Transparency & Citizen Participation
Establish open public forums, digital feedback platforms, and participatory budgeting approaches so citizens directly influence development priorities.
19. Faith, Values & Community Cohesion
Partner with faith institutions and community organizations to promote mentorship, moral leadership, and social unity.

Publish annual constituency performance reports tracking projects, funds utilization, and development outcomes to ensure accountability and trust.
